Self Love is the foundation of all love and loving others.
Being the day before Valentines Day, this retreat was literally a day of love. What a way to spend a Sunday in February as I teamed up again with my friend and co-host Hannah holding space for 10 lovely yogis in the heart of leafy Surrey. A truly unforgettable day filled with happy yogis, mala beads, gorgeous food and sound healing and of-course, LOVE.
